Folding advice?

When sweating my friend I play very well and I can make far more correct decisions, especially when it comes to folding, but when I'm the one that has the mouse I play quite badly, can't fold and autopilot a lot more too. Any advice on how to get round this for when I'm the one playing?

Playing 20nl-50nl just now and trying to move up to 100nl ASAP. Played as high as 1-2 and 2-4 a while back but have only started trying to play online again recently after a long break
